Black Queer Archive Collection
Description
The Black Queer Archive is a growing collection of documents and artworks displaying Black and Brown Queer history throughout the late 20th century and into the present. With a focus on organizing and community in the Netherlands, the archive highlights a few important organizations and individuals in the Dutch scene during the 1980s and 1990s, such as SUHO and Flamboyant. More recent files show the diverse programming and organizing around Black and Brown Queer identity in western Europe.
