Title
Sarotti Toy Car
Description
Metal and plastic toy car contained in clear perspex and cardboard packaging. The model depicts a 1935 Morris Parcels Van toy produced in partnership with the Sarotti chocolate company as a form of advertising. It features three Moor caricature figures printed on the side of the white delivery van showing them dressed in traditional Orientalised clothing, each holding trays which are intended to hold the Sarotti chocolates in a style similar to other Sarotti products. On the roof of the toy van are the words "Eine Exquisite Mischung Feinster Pralinen" followed by the name of the company "Sarotti" in italicised font.
The outside of the box contains information about where the toy was made "Made in England", the name of the toy manufacturer "Days Gone", and the name of the toy collection "Premier Collection" (written in italics). There is also a sticker on the front of the box "€3"
